Shipping within the USA: $4.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Priority available at $6 ea.
International orders: surface shipping has been eliminated by U.S Postal Service. Airmail: $12.00 each book.
Orders from Canada: $9.00 first book and $7.00 each additional.
Note that for three or more books, airmail M-Bag will lower your costs. Ask for an estimate.
