Shipping within the USA: $4.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. Priority available at $6.00 ea.
International orders: surface shipping has been eliminated by U.S Postal Service. Airmail: $13.00 each book.
Orders shipped to Canada: $11.00 each book.
Note that for three or more books, airmail M-Bag will likely lower your costs. Ask for an estimate.
